AXA MOLINA
Coach Axa Molina is one of the nation’s most accomplished women’s wrestling coaches, bringing elite competitive experience and a proven track record of developing athletes at every level. Her passion for growing the sport and mentoring wrestlers has made her a respected leader in the wrestling community.
As a competitor, Coach Molina was a 3-time Washington State Qualifier, 2-time Washington State Placer, and represented her state as a Team Washington National Team Member. She continued her success at the collegiate and national levels, earning WCWA All-American, University Nationals All-American, and U.S. Open All-American honors. She also qualified for the 2016 U.S. Olympic Team Trials, showcasing her ability to compete among the nation’s best.
Transitioning into coaching, Coach Molina has built an outstanding resume of leadership and athlete development. She served as the head coach for two Washington State High School Girls Team Championship teams, helping establish one of the premier girls wrestling programs in the state. She also served as the Team Washington National Coach, guiding some of the state’s top wrestlers at national-level competition, and was a coach at Grays Harbor College, where she continued developing collegiate athletes.
Beyond coaching, Coach Molina has been a driving force behind the growth of girls wrestling across the United States. As the former Wrestle Like a Girl Camps Manager and State Sanctioning Manager, she played a pivotal role in expanding opportunities for female wrestlers, helping secure official girls wrestling sanctioning in seven states.
At Parker’s Wrestling Club, Coach Molina is dedicated to empowering athletes through technical excellence, hard work, and confidence. Her extensive competitive background, coaching expertise, and commitment to advancing the sport provide wrestlers with exceptional mentorship and championship-level instruction both on and off the mat.
